As we celebrate our 30th Anniversary, we are gearing up for a time of listening to God and then doing strategic planning (called StratOp).  Who is involved with this? Yesterday was an important day at BCC.  We learned about 4 different kinds of conversations we can have that all lead bless the person we share with. The first, the Eye to Eye conversation is simple and can happen many times a day.  We SEE another person, and simply engage them kindly.  The goal is simply to communicate that you see them as a person of worth, known and loved by God (though you don’t say all that).
