At The Forge Youth Ministry, we’re on a mission to equip middle school and high school students with the tools they need to transform their faith, character, and relationships. Our vibrant ministry is designed to introduce youth to Jesus Christ, help them cultivate a personal relationship with Him, and discover the unique service God has prepared for each of them (Ephesians 2:10).

MEET OUR LEADER

ALLI MILNER

Alli Milner has served as the Director of Youth Ministry at Bethany Community Church since October 2018, where she passionately guides and supports young individuals in their spiritual journeys. Concurrently, she has been an advocate in combating food and housing insecurity in the Laurel community since March 2016, holding the position of Emergency Services Manager at Laurel Advocacy & Referral Services, Inc. (LARS). Alli earned her Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies with a focus in the biblical studies department, coupled with a Minor in Intercultural Studies, showcasing her commitment to integrating faith and service. Additionally, she holds a master’s degree in nonprofit management, providing her with the strategic skills necessary to address community needs effectively and manage resources for maximum impact. Through her combined professional and ministry roles, Alli Milner seeks out opportunities to empower and equip those around her, reflecting a dedicated commitment to uplifting others.

SOCIALIZING

In a world dominated by social media, we know the importance of face-to-face connections. The Forge creates opportunities for students to engage with one another through lock-ins, game nights, retreats, and other exciting activities. There’s something for everyone!

SERVING

We believe that youth aren’t just the future of the church—they are the church right now! Our students actively serve in various roles, such as the Audio/Video team, worship teams, and children’s ministry. At Bethany, we empower young people to use their gifts and talents for God’s glory.

SEEKING

Join us every Wednesday night from 6:30-8 PM at The Forge for The Wednesday Gathering. It’s a time of fellowship, study, games, food, and hanging out. This is where friendships are formed and deepened. We dive into Scripture, explore tough questions, and seek a deeper relationship with our Savior. At The Forge, students are empowered to be themselves, ask questions, and pursue who God has created them to be.

At The Forge, our hope is that students recognize they are God’s workmanship, learn about their Creator, and develop a lasting relationship with Him. Join us on this exciting journey where faith comes to life, friendships flourish, and fun is guaranteed!
