"Let the Little Children Come"
We believe that children are a trust from God, and therefore it is our responsibility to raise then to trust in Jesus Christ.
We understand that it can be tough to be a kid these days … and maybe even tougher to be a parent. In our church, we believe strongly that parents have the primary responsibility to disciple their children; however, we also believe that we as a body of Christ also have a role in this process.
We help families by providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can experience God’s love for them, and also build friendships that will last for a lifetime.
Our trained teachers and care givers can help you to help your children begin and grow in their relationship with Jesus. Our children’s ministry sponsors events for parents to build lasting friendships and to grow in their role as a parent and disciple-maker.
Age appropriate Bible teaching is available for children every Sunday.
All of our classrooms are staffed by trained church members who have completed our safety screening program and who love children and serve faithfully on a regular basis. While the adults are in our worship service, the children enjoy “classes” arranged by age group:
- Nursery (ages birth- 3 years)
- Early Elementary (1st and 2nd grade)
- Upper Elementary (3rd through 5th grade)
NURSERY AND PRESCHOOL
Our nursery and preschool rooms are equipped with age-appropriate toys and activities. We begin teaching Bible stories and spiritual truths to children when they are toddlers.
Visiting for the first time?
On your first visit, look for the Check-In area.
You’ll be greeted by smiling volunteers eager to meet your family.
We’ll be there every step of the way to get your kids checked in.
Because we value safety:
We’ll need some information during this check-in time, including: family member’s name and birthday, child’s name and birthday, home address, email address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, etc.)
Elementary school age children meet in our lower level “Promiseland” – an area dedicated to Children’s Ministries.
